Crossfit Day 228 – I PRed my Clean!! – 3/4/13

YESSSSSSSSS it was definitely the shoes! I PRed my clean (power cleans) at 150!!! I’ve been stuck on 140 for awhile, and it was an UGLY 140lbs. Bleeehhhh.. Well, good ole Oly shoes.. I cleaned the 150 without even squatting. Who knows what I could do if I got under the damn bar?

Anyway.. that was pretty awesome.

So we did a Tabata Mash Up for the WOD today.

So your score is the LOWEST set of reps you did.. I aimed for 4 for everything, except pushups, which I did 10 each time. So it was 4/4/4/10 Very happy with that! I ended up doing 95lbs and 105lbs for my hang cleans and power cleans.
