We redid the baseline/beastline WOD today, to compare to our times a month ago. Mine was skewed from the start, since I didn’t do GHD situps the second time around, and it slowed me way down. Bleh. I dont even want to talk about it. I couldn’t even deadlift heavy when I was done either. Major disappointment.
This made me start thinking that maybe I’m overtraining? Am I doing too much? Do I need to scale back? But I’m sleeping so well!!! I’m feeling good about myself! I’m noticing results! But my strengths are faltering… maybe it’s just a bump in the road? I dunno.. Whatever.
I’m gonna go every day unless I feel like I need a break.
