Josh opted to come to Crossfit with me for a second time. Again we went to Crossfit Max Effort, for some more beat downs!
This WOD was great.. totally my style. KB swings, box jumps and wall balls. ALL OVER IT. I even PRed a set of Push Jerks at 155. We were doing an increasing weight EMOM, and you had to do 2 reps per min.
Josh was winded, but he’s more endurance-based (the running WOD was easier for him) whereas this one was ALL ME. I love these kinds of WODs!
