anyway.. more games WODs! Workout 12.3
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes of:
15 Box jumps, 24/20″ box
115/75 pound Push press, 12 reps
9 Toes-to-bar
Today I took my Mommy in for the WOD. She loved it!! We did some modifications for her, but it was okay! While one person did the above stuff, the other would run a 400m. We opted to row instead, a) for my feet and b) because my mom’s knee is messed up. She’s much better on the rower. 🙂
We did 6 rounds, I believe! I forget, because we didn’t log it, but still! She hung in there with me and did a great job. So proud of her!
