On our first day back from the new year, We did some Crossfit Sectionals WODs to see where we stood with some of the world’s top Crossfit athletes.
Workout 12.2
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
75/45 pound Snatch, 30 reps
135/75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
165/100 pound Snatch, 30 reps
210/120 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible
I finished 66 snatches, which means I got all the way through 6 reps of 100lb snatches!! My PR is only at 115, so close!!

Max Burpees in 7minutes
I DID 70 BURPEES IN 7 MINUTES! So excited. It’s the number I wanted… 10 a minute average. Even though my first minute I knocked out 20 of them, and paced myself the rest of the time, it’s still what I wanted. I was so excited!! I love baselines..
The last time I did any number of burpees, it was 100 for time with Kaycie, my niece. I’m pretty sure it was something like 12-13 minutes, at LEAST, that it took me to finish those.. My burpee times have definitely improved over the last few months. AWESOME!
