CrossFit Open 2017 Finished – RXed Every Work Out!
Another great day… Wee!! Got to workout with Erin again!
Our WOD was the following:
21-15-9 reps of:
Overhead squat 135/95
Because we worked on the snatch periodization earlier, it wore my shoulder out and it was starting to feel sore. Because of this, I opted just to do back squats at 65lbs instead of the overhead squats. Getting that bar up overhead was rough the couple times I tried. I did do the 155lb deadlifts though! It wore me out, but I’m glad I went heavy on those.
