Well, my 3rd and final day at Crossfit Connex was pretty awesome, because I got to work out with my Mommy again! It was just the two of us, and at 7 am.. fun times. We had to do the following:
12 min AMRAP
10 med ball cleans (14 lbs)
10 wall balls (14 lbs)
200 m run (Mom rowed instead of running)
I finished 3 rounds, yay!!
