Wall Balls? I’m in. A bunch of filler around it? I will make do, but please, let me do more wall balls!
For time:
1600m Row (I biked 2 miles each rowing session, as the rowers were full)
100 Double-unders (attempts for me.. I did not want to do burpees!)

It was awesome and awful and I’m so glad I finished under the 30 min time cap! And the assault bike was hell. Cardio Fun Time.
