CrossFit Open 2017 Finished – RXed Every Work Out!
We worked on our 1RM Front Squats, of which I did not PR, but that’s okay! (I got my old PR of 215 again.) Because I have been really watching what I eat, and actually losing weight too.. funny how that works, I know I’ve been compromising my strength a bit. But, I’ve decided that how I feel 95% of the time is far more important than PRing another lift. So there you have it.
The WOD was:
10 Min AMRAP
20 Thrusters (155/105)
20 Muscles Ups
L1 was 60 Pull Ups
I got through my 20 thrusters, and then I did 28 pull ups. 🙂 No band! I legitimately did 28 pull ups and was beaming from ear to ear. Felt so good.
