SLACKER!!! I know. I went to Crossfit TWO DAYS IN A ROW and neglected to post about BOTH experiences! I’m so sorry. I passed day 40 and went right in to day 41! Both AWESOME of course. I’d just like to note my PRs so that I have them for future reference. And the pics of the board, of course.
Soo Wednesday’s workout was crazy. It was super hard, but it always feels so good to finish them!! Lots of KB swings!
The workout was the following:
250m row – no foot straps
10 good mornings
250m row – left foot strap
10 romanian dead lifts
250m row – right foot strap
WOD was Jack B. with a 10 min time cap
3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21 KBS (35lbs for me)
21, 18, 15, 12, 9, 6, 3 SDLHPs
So you do 3 KBS, and then 21 SDLHPs, 6 KBS, and then 18 SDLHPs, and so on.. fucker was hard. I finished 2nd with a time of 11 min 38 sec. None of us came close to finishing at 10 min, so Erin M let us keep going. She wanted us to finish and be good with our form. Craziness.
