8 – Slam Balls (30/20)
*400m Run Penalty for every Round under 8. So if your score is 6 Rounds then you owe 2 laps when you are done.
Yeah.. I knew I probably wouldn’t get the 8 rounds, but I’d try!
I cranked out my first 12 V-Ups.. slam balls were NBD. 100m run, NBD, but slow because I’m slow.
2nd round of V-Ups, I was like holy shit this sucks. 3rd round, whatevs, this sucks, 4th round, shit.. my tailbone is getting rubbed raw..
Tom suggested knee ups on the pull up bars, which I ended up doing the last few rounds. I finished 7 rounds plus 18. 🙁 Not good enough. 400m run added to that WOD above! Oh well. I did it. 🙂
