I opted for Open Gym instead of the previous day’s insane Saturday chipper WOD.. After just having traveled back from Madison, visiting my mom and family for Christmas, I wasn’t really feeling the whole chipper thing. 🙂
I did my warm up, ran a mile, and then did a 7 min EMOM of GHD sit ups, 7 reps per minute.
The soreness was awful but so welcome! Of course I didn’t feel the soreness til Tuesday, but whatevs. #ghdproblems
