Crossfit Day 163 – Open Gym 11/18/12

Amanda and I did our own little WOD at Open Gym today.. I started with a 400m run, something I’ve been trying to do on my own more, since I dislike it so much, and then we moved into the workout.

5 rounds of
10 box jumps
10 squats
10 push press (65 lbs)

Awesome.
