So my arms had just recovered from my 100 pull ups madness the previous week, and I had my follow up foot appointment the following day. I decided to take it easy at the gym, and forego the scheduled WOD and do some light rowing instead.
The problem is, I got through my initially planned 1k row, and decided it wasn’t enough, so I kept going. Once I got to 2k, I figured it was stupid to stop there, and went ahead and got all the way to 5k. I mean come on, right?
I haven’t rowed a 5k in awhile, but this time I finished in 28:14. I wasn’t going for speed, I just wanted some cardio. Never miss a Monday, kids.
