CrossFit Open 2017 Finished – RXed Every Work Out!
I normally don’t take rest days, but my upper body is in need of a break! Shoulders and neck are all jacked up from this week. Thrusters, hang power cleans, OHS, rowing, back squats, yeah.. I didn’t feel badly about taking today off. Tomorrow will be right back at it. š
