And I feel like I’m missing something!! Granted, I missed my spin class yesterday because we went to go see Tool in Orlando, and then missed my Crossfit today at 11 because we were still IN Orlando from last night’s concert, and everything’s been rescheduled, but still!!! I feel like a slacker!
I was going over my workout schedule with my mom and John earlier, since she now knows she has to plan around it if they want to do anything with us, and I realized that after today, the next time I DON’T work out is NEXT Friday. Pretty badass.

The more I think about it though, with as much as I’m loving Crossfit, I might have to switch to 3 days a week from 2, but for the month of February, it’s really FOUR days a week, since they’re doing a free workout on Saturdays too. Oh man..
I’ve been asked, can I feel a difference? Yes.. I feel stronger, I feel better, my pants are looser now, my stomach muscles are more defined (this is in part to hooping, too, but I cannot deny that my new workout schedule has made a difference with this..) my forearms are looking a bit more cut, and my legs (thighs mainly) are hard as rocks, not to mention perpetually sore from doing squats, but I LOVE SQUATS!!! And I love box jumps.. I know I said this last time, but I just want to go around jumping up on shit. hahah
Excited for tomorrow’s spin class!! And then for Friday Crossfit!!! And then Saturday! And then SUNDAY!!
