Crossfit Day 617 – Grip Strength – 6/17/16

You don’t realize how much your grip sucks until you do a workout like this..

1000m row buy in
then
3 Rounds
3 Rope Climbs
200m Farmer Carry (70/55 per hand)
10 Hang Snatch (95/65)

I went, I did it, I hated it. I finished in 25.28, but I do recall using sissy KBs on the last round. My hands just couldn’t take it. I don’t know how everyone else suffered through that, my hands simply hated me!

Need to work on these weaknesses.. but for now, please enjoy this picture of my amazing sweet potato brownies!
