CrossFit Open 2017 Finished – RXed Every Work Out!
This was a good one! It was Friday, it was my 5th straight day of CF, and I felt awesome. Bring it!
24 Toes to Bar
12 Deadlift (155/110)
9 Hang Power Cleans (155/110)
6 Shoulder to overhead (155/110)
at 5:00
For Time:
15 Muscle-ups
12 Power Snatch (185/125)
9 Overhead Squats (185/125)
I did my 24 T2B!
I did all my lifts after, except I stayed at 95lbs for all the movements. I finished that in 4:30!
Then we went on to the 2nd half. I did 30/30 ring rows ring dips, which was great, and the rest of my movements (power snatch and OHS) at 95, too.
I finished that in 7:17! Good day.
