Let the games begin! The very first WOD of the 2015 CrossFit Open was a repeat. It was the following:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 9 minutes of:
10 deadlifts (115 / 75 lb.)
5 snatches (115 / 75 lb.)
1-rep-max clean and jerk
6-minute time cap
I did 88 reps of 15.1, and then I was 10lbs shy of my old C&J 1RM, and pulled 165. Wasn’t too disappointed with that! The 165 landed me in the top 3 girls for our gym for that part of the WOD, which is pretty awesome!
Dave even came and shot some pictures. Not the most flattering, but that’s fine. 🙂 Progress.
