SLACKER, I know! This post is about Thursday.. how the hell am I supposed to remember Thursday’s workout?? Well, I remember that I killed it, and that I did really really awesome, and that it was exactly the boost I needed after Wednesday’s shit workout. Yes.

Finished in under 10 minutes.
Diet’s going well. Haven’t weighed myself in a few days, but I feel good. Had a couple cheat foods last night but in tiny moderation. Stomach got all crampy and I’m going to blame the cheat foods (naturally).
Excited about this week. Today is boring. It’s easter, there’s nothing to do and all the crafty shit I want to do I’m missing little components to here and there. Like, oh the foot pedal to my sewing machine. Kind of hard to sew without the power cord and foot pedal, I know! So much for being crafty.
Planning on going for a bike ride in a bit. Dave might come along, yay!
