WOD: 10 Minute EMOM
12 Slam Balls (30/20#)

Nothing crazy to report. I got 46 T push ups, which I was pretty excited about. Maybe that’s why my lats are sore? Hmmmmm
Slam balls were great.. although the combination of the workout was much more difficult than I thought it would be!! Nice work.
And my quads.. holy moly my quads love heavy squats.
