Deadlift day, awesommmmeee. I didn’t get up to my PR of 335, but I got kinda close at 315! I of course had to lift with the boys, which is always fun.
To top it all off, I wore my Jacked and Classy shirt for good measure.

Our WOD was deadlifts and burpee pull ups. Since my hand is still an open, festering wound from ripping during my 2nd attempt of 13.5, I tried a few pull ups (now that I can do them and all!) but they hurt my palm too badly. I settled for burpees instead.

10 burpee pull ups (burpees for me)
I finished in 6:14.
This day.. Monday, was also a HUUUGE class.. there ended up being 94 people total that showed up, not counting Fundamentals. Pretty amazing turn out. Everywhere I turned, there were groups of people; talking, stretching, lifting. It was amazing. š
