Crossfit Day 216 – Bring a Friend Day – 2/11/13

My friend Holly brought her friend from where she works, and introduced him to CF. FUN.

It was a partner WOD, but I ended up being the 3rd wheel to Linda and Julie, since we had an odd number of people. Worked out fine though.

30 burpees, then as many box jumps as you can do while the other person does 30 burpees

30 KB swings (I used 40lb), then as many pull ups as you could do while the other person did 30 KB swings.

400m run, then as many push ups as you could do in the time the other person did their 400m run.

Total score is the number of reps in each 2nd activity. I totaled 55. Lower than I would’ve liked. I’ve been super tired lately. Gee I wonder why???

Came back that evening and ran another mile with Julie and Shannon. Best time yet of 11 minutes flat. 8.8km/hr
