I love these! Death by Hang Cleans! Start at 1 min, do 1, at 2 min, do 2, at 3 min, do 3 and so on, until you can’t do anymore.
I got up to 14 and had had enough. I did the Rx weight of 75lbs YEAH. I love 7am classes. 🙂
