Bring a Friend Days are always fun, and they are always a surprise! I went to the 10a class today, because I was doing my CPR class in the afternoon with Jenny and Justin at the gym.
The 10a classes are usually pretty light, so this was a good one. I opted to row today instead of run, as my foot’s finally feeling almost completely better. Very minimal pain the last day or so, which has been wonderful.
Our WOD was the following:
1 partner runs 400m while the other does the following:
1 Round =
5 burpees
10 push ups
15 jumping squats
15 KB swings
20 fire hose slams
When the running person comes in, they take over where the other person left off, and the other person then goes and runs.
My partner today was Annie, and we completed 6 rounds, total. I was so glad I rowed instead! Really made a difference for my foot, I think. I’ll know tomorrow, for sure.
