Snatch Day! I even PRed my snatch!!! I went from 105 to 110lbs something I certainly wasn’t expecting to do, especially with the babying of my shoulder that I’ve been doing lately.. hahahaaa so awesome.
Our workout was all snatches.. 10 min EMOM
1 power snatch, 1 squat snatch at 80% of your 1RM so I did 90 lbs.
Weee!! Easy peasy. I almost wanted to go for a 400m run after I finished.. but I didn’t. 😉
