CrossFit Open 2017 Finished – RXed Every Work Out!
This one sucked, but I felt like I didn’t do enough, if that makes any sense at all!! Because of my shoulder, I was limited on some of the movements, but I modified them so it still kicked my ass.
Slowing Cindy is
10 rounds
5 strict pull ups (I did jumping pull ups, which saved my life.)
10 parallet pushups (regular push ups)
15 sandbag squats 60/40lbs (the only thing I was able to Rx)
Because of my shoulder, the parallet push ups are off limits. I am not yet able to do kipping pull ups, let alone strict ones, so I just used a box instead.
Ah well. I finished in under 25 minutes, which was the time cap, although I don’t remember my exact time. 22 min maybe?
