Barbara is a whore. This was my first day back from South Florida, and all I had done while I was down there was run a little with my sister on Hollywood Beach boardwalk.
Well… Barbara… I opted to do 3RFT instead of the RX 5RFT because I just didn’t think I had it in me.
I got through 3 rounds in just over 30 min and was planning on trying to start a 4th round, but… I felt a good puke coming on, and opted to stop there. My legs were actually sore from this one! My legs don’t get sore anymore.. and this did it. I didn’t even get the sores on my tailbone/ass crack from the sit ups, but my fucking legs hurt. Go figure.

My time for 3 rounds was 30:22. Gina’s time for RX was 34:27, and that wasn’t even her best time! Jesus, I’ve got some work to do.
