I worked off my new 1RM of 250lbs. WHEW..
AMRAP 12 minutes:
10 toes 2 Bar
10 Ball Slams -30/20
20 Double Unders 10 attempts. I DID 10 ATTEMPTS! haha
Finished 5 rounds + 3.
Again, that evening, I came back and ran another mile. Right now I’m averaging a speed of 8km/hr (I do it in kilometers so I can track 4 x 400m more easily.)
