Crossfit Day 613 – 100 Squats for Time – 6/9/16

I had to come in, because it was

100 Air Squats for Time! A good one.

then 50 Push Jerks 115/75

then 100 Air Squats

I just had to beat Russ, not anyone else! #quadcity

I finished in 11:15!

Crossfit Day 611- 500m Row For Time – 6/7/16

I love RXing wods!

500m Row for Time
4RFT
21 Wall Balls
18 KB
15 Box Jump Overs
12 Burpees

My 500m row for time was 1:49.2 which is .3 seconds faster than my fastest ever score. Woot.

I RXed the WOD, YES. Finished at 24:47. ooph.
