Crossfit Day 547 – Thrusters – As Many as Possible! – 11/30/15

YES. This was a challenge. Total challenge. Bring it on. So the WOD was in 10 minutes, do as many thrusters as you can. Whatever weight you choose. The catch is, when you break a set or put the bar down, you have to do 5 burpees. YEAH. I did my first 50 or so…

Crossfit Day 546 – Black Friday – 11/27/15

Yeah, buddy! Black Friday WOD! Guess what? More wall balls. So awesome. These legs needed more squats!

10 min AMRAP
15 wall balls
200m run (I skied)

I ended up finishing 6 rounds plus 15 wall balls. So… that’s 105 fucking wall balls. Amazing.
