Sounds so easy.. this Amanda WOD. Apparently I did it on 1/15/13 but I don’t remember.. Back then, I finished in 14:23, but this time around, I finished in 13:23. A one minute PR? I’ll take it!! I didn’t even realize I had PRed it until just now. AWESOME.

I did power snatches both times, and I did the 3 ring rows/3 ring dips per rep as a substitution of muscle ups. Sweet!
It was much harder than it sounds! My mom even did it with me last time, awwww!!
