Crossfit Day 180 – 12/24/12

The Day Before Christmas.. One last WOD before Christmas, of course! Shoulder Press 5-5-5-3-3-3 I maxed out at 95lbs. My 1RM for shoulder press is 105lbs, so I was pretty happy with 3 reps of 95. These are hard for me.. I drive with my legs. The strict weight pressed upwards is always a challenge…
