Crossfit Day 77 – 6/29/12

Whew! I’m perpetually sore. This is not news. Today we did a different kind of WOD.. and I went at the 4:30p time instead, and I really liked it, so I’m glad I can keep my options open here… anyway, our WOD today was: 50 HSPUs100 pull ups (no jumping for me! BANDED this time..…
